Welcome to Lisbon! The start of your journey! Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel and have time to relax or explore at your own pace. Later in the day, our tour representative will meet you to share important information about your journey.

Day 2 - Monday

Lisbon


In the morning, we’ll take a guided sightseeing tour of Lisbon, the city of seven hills, known for its charming streets, iconic tilework, unique sense of saudade, and stunning Atlantic light. We’ll also visit the historic Belém district, the departure point for Portugal’s great navigators during the 15th century.


The afternoon is free for you to explore on your own—stroll through Bairro Alto and enjoy its famous viewpoint. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square, buzzing with bars and cafes.

Day 3 - Tuesday

Lisbon · Cáceres · Madrid


We’ll leave Portugal early and travel through the scenic Alentejo region. Our first stop will be Estremoz, a quaint town known for its medieval castle, cobbled streets, stunning architecture, and tranquil ambiance that captures the essence of Portugal. Continuing into Spain, we’ll reach Cáceres, where you can enjoy lunch and take a stroll through its remarkably preserved medieval and Renaissance old town. Later, we’ll head to Madrid, arriving in the evening, with a transfer to Plaza Mayor, a lively square filled with restaurants and bustling city life.

Day 4 - Wednesday

Madrid


The day begins with a guided tour of central Madrid, visiting iconic sites such as Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. Next, we’ll explore Retiro Park, a peaceful oasis in the city center, where you can see the lake and the stunning Palacio de Cristal. Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of Real Madrid, widely regarded as one of the world’s top football clubs. The afternoon is free to enjoy at your own pace, and in the evening, we’ll provide a return transfer to your hotel.

Day 5 - Thursday

Madrid · Zaragoza · Poblet · Barcelona


In the morning, we’ll depart for Aragon, traveling through the scenic landscapes of Castile. Our first stop will be Zaragoza to admire the magnificent Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. From there, we’ll continue to the tranquil Poblet Abbey, one of the world’s best-preserved medieval monasteries. Finally, we’ll make our way to Barcelona, arriving in the evening.

Day 6 - Friday

Barcelona


The morning begins with a panoramic tour of Barcelona, one of Europe’s most captivating cities. Facing the Mediterranean Sea, the city is famous for Gaudí’s modernist masterpieces, its vibrant Ramblas, and the lasting legacy of its World Expositions and Olympic Games. The tour concludes at Maremagnum, a modern seaside complex near Columbus Square, perfect for a leisurely stroll among shops and restaurants. The afternoon is free to explore at your own pace, with a return transfer to the hotel at the end of the day.

Day 7 - Saturday

Barcelona · Peñíscola · Valencia


We’ll head south along the Mediterranean coast, stopping in Peñíscola, a picturesque medieval walled town surrounded by sandy beaches, where you’ll have time for a leisurely stroll. Continuing to Valencia, we’ll arrive around lunchtime. In the afternoon, a local guide will take you on a tour of this historic port city on Spain’s Levantine coast, which boasts over 2,000 years of history. Valencia’s cityscape blends monuments from different eras with the striking modern architecture of the City of Arts and Sciences. After the tour, enjoy free time to explore on your own, followed by a traditional local dinner.

Day 8 - Sunday

Valencia · Alicante · Guadix · Granada


We’ll travel through the scenic landscapes of the Valencian Community to reach Alicante, a Mediterranean city known for its golden beaches and charming old town. The impressive Santa Bárbara Castle overlooks the city, and you’ll have some free time to wander. Continuing through the dry, open landscapes of Murcia, we’ll stop for lunch before entering Andalusia. Our next stop is Guadix, famous for its distinctive cave dwellings, where the historic quarter combines a Renaissance cathedral with traditional neighborhoods and stunning views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Finally, we’ll arrive in Granada in the late afternoon.

Day 9 - Monday

Granada


Today is a full day to explore Granada. We’ll visit the magnificent Alhambra Palace along with its beautiful Generalife Gardens, both exceptional examples of Islamic-era architecture. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore the city at your own pace, including the cathedral, which houses the tombs of the Catholic Monarchs.

Day 10 - Tuesday

Granada · Nerja · Málaga · Ronda · Seville


Today we’ll journey through spectacular landscapes, leaving behind the Sierra Nevada mountains. We’ll follow the Mediterranean coast along the so-called Tropical Coast, a region with a mild year-round climate that supports the cultivation of tropical fruits such as guavas, mangoes, and avocados, and historically, sugar cane.


Our first stop is Nerja, a charming seaside town known for its dramatic cliffs. We’ll then continue to Málaga, the lively capital of the Costa del Sol, where you’ll have time for lunch and a stroll through its picturesque historic center. Afterward, we’ll drive into the Andalusian sierras to reach Ronda, a stunning whitewashed town renowned for its dramatic gorge that splits the city. Finally, we arrive in Seville in the late afternoon.

Day 11 - Wednesday

Seville


The morning begins with a guided city tour of Seville, including the iconic cathedral with its Giralda tower, the scenic banks of the Guadalquivir River, and the famous neighborhoods of Santa Cruz and Triana. After the tour, enjoy a relaxing boat ride along the Guadalquivir River, offering beautiful panoramic views. In the evening, there is an optional opportunity to attend a traditional flamenco performance at a local tablao.

Day 12 - Thursday

Seville · Mérida · Évora · Lisbon


We’ll depart Seville, traveling through scenic landscapes of rolling hills and expansive pastures as we make our way toward Extremadura. In Mérida, the Archaeological Ensemble, featuring a remarkably preserved Roman Theater and Amphitheater, recognized as a World Heritage Site. You’ll have time for lunch and a leisurely stroll through the vibrant pedestrian historic center, full of charming streets and local flavor.


Next, we’ll cross back into Portugal and stop in Évora, another World Heritage Site, famous for its whitewashed streets, Renaissance palaces, and magnificent cathedral. We’ll arrive in Lisbon in the evening.

After breakfast, the tour concludes, leaving you with unforgettable memories of your journey through Spain and Portugal.
