•  Rates are quoted per person and are subject to availability upon confirmation.

• A minimum of two (2) passengers per booking is required.

• Seat-in-coach (SIC) transfers between the airport and hotel operate daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

• The maximum waiting time for airport transfers is 1 hour and 15 minutes after flight arrival.

• SIC transfers include one (1) standard-sized luggage per paying passenger. Extra luggage will incur a USD 3 charge per piece per way and is subject to space availability. Oversized or excess baggage may be refused by the driver at their discretion.

• Unused tours, services, or missed transfers are non-refundable.

• A USD 40 surcharge per person applies to non-Philippine passport holders.

• For any flight changes without at least 24 hours’ notice, a USD 20 per person fee will apply for re-arranging SIC transfers.

• Rates exclude hotel peak season surcharges.

• For blackout dates or surcharge periods, please contact us to confirm rates and availability.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• No refund will be provided for unused services (tours, meals, accommodations, or transfers).

• Passengers denied boarding or entry by immigration authorities will forfeit the entire booking; it is non-refundable and non-rebookable.

• A full cancellation charge will apply for no-show passengers.

• Tickets are non-refundable, however, accommodation may be rebooked subject to availability and applicable conditions.

• Children with an extra bed are charged the same rate as adults.

• Children aged 2–6 years sharing a bed with parents are entitled to a discount.

• A maximum of one child is allowed per room; any additional child will be charged accordingly.

• Children aged 7 years and above are considered adults and will be charged the extra person rate.

• Travel policies and related information may change frequently, sometimes with little or no prior notice.
