Your tour includes accommodation, transportation, and scheduled activities, along with selected meals and airport transfers on applicable itineraries. An experienced group leader will accompany you throughout the journey to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The tour price does not include meals or beverages not specified in the inclusions, international flights unless explicitly stated, travel insurance, or visa and entry fees.
You may change your tour date provided we are notified at least 30 days before departure. Changes made within this period are free of charge and subject to availability. Alternatively, your booking may be placed on open date status at no cost.
Date changes requested less than 30 days before the tour start date will be subject to a minimum amendment fee of CHF 200 / USD 250, with further charges possible depending on the destination and supplier policies.
You may switch your booking to another tour if we are notified 30 days or more before the original departure date, subject to availability. Any price difference for a higher-cost tour will need to be settled. Bookings can also be placed on open date status at no charge if you are unsure of your new tour choice.

Full payment is required at least 30 days before your tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. If you book more than 30 days in advance, you can secure your place with a deposit of CHF 300, with the balance due by the 30-day deadline.
Yes. You can choice four or six months installment can be made at your convenience, with the full balance required at least 30 days before your tour start date.
We recommend arriving on the official tour start date, which is when most participants check in. While there are no scheduled activities during the day, the group convenes in the evening for a welcome dinner around 7:00 PM.
Some travelers choose to arrive a day or two early to explore independently or relax before the tour begins. All essential arrival details, including airport transfers and meeting points, will given in advance.
Once your flights are confirmed, simply email us your arrival details. For early arrivals, airport transfers can be arranged in advance.
Additional nights of accommodation can also be reserved and paid, with availability and pricing depending on your selected tour.
If you plan to arrive before the tour start date, you can reserve additional nights at the tour accommodation.
If you wish to stay beyond your tour, your group leader can help arrange post-tour accommodation. Just let them know when you arrive, and they’ll take care of the booking. But subject to availability.
Most tours include airport transfers upon arrival.
Once your flights are booked, submit your arrival details.
Early arrivals staying at the tour accommodation can still have a transfer arranged. If you prefer not to use the transfer, please let us know.
Flights to and from your destination are not part of the tour price and should be arranged independently. Internal flights that are part of the tour itinerary are included. You can obtain a quote for your international flights directly on our website.
For the smoothest start, plan to arrive on the official tour start date. The first day allows time to settle in, with the group meeting for a welcome dinner in the evening.
If you wish to explore on your own or enjoy some extra downtime, arriving a day or two earlier is also an option.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the country you are visiting. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all visa and entry requirements for your destination(s).

Tours include transport, accommodation, some meals, and scheduled activities. Additional funds are needed for meals, drinks, shopping, and onward travel.
Whether you’re traveling with a backpack or suitcase, the key is to pack light. We recommend bringing less than 20 kg of luggage to ensure comfort and ease during your journey.
If you don’t yet have a backpack, choose one that opens along the side with a zip, which makes packing and access easier.
We welcome all travelers and are committed to ensuring your safety and well-being during the tour. If you have any special medical requirements, please inform us in advance so we can provide guidance or support as needed.
For certain medical conditions—physical or mental—we may request a doctor’s note confirming that you are fit to participate. We will notify you if this documentation is necessary.
We strive to accommodate special dietary needs, including allergies and intolerances. Most restaurants on our tours are able to offer suitable options.
While we cannot guarantee every location will fully meet specific dietary requirements, alternative food choices are usually available. Your group leader will be on hand to provide guidance and advice.
